Ordering
When you place an order to purchase a product from www.egon.co.uk, we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order, containing the details of goods ordered and the amount to be charged to your card.
Payment
All online payments are handled for us by PayPal. You will be issued with a receipt for the transaction. We do not see or hold details of your debit/credit card, or bank account, these details are held by PayPal.
Invoices for Schools and Colleges
We are happy to send goods to schools and colleges in the UK under invoice on receipt of your official order. So if you do not wish to pay in advance for your goods then please use the Institutional Order option in the checkout page FAX or phone your order to us.

Cancellation
